SHIPPING

Araki Koman is based in England and uses Royal Mail for local and worldwide shipping.
The default shipping option is economy (except for original artworks). I will aim to dispatch the stocked items within 1-3 working days after the confirmation of your purchase. You will receive a notification via email once your order has been fulfilled. If you’d prefer a track & trace shipping, please email hello@arakikoman.com for a shipping quote.

Important: I cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit, so please make sure your address is correct before validating your order. Thank you for your understanding.

CUSTOMS

Please note, for shipments outside of the UK, additional taxes or import charges may be applied to your parcel on entry to your country. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly offer an exchange or store credit for any full priced merchandise. Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt, in their original condition, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. All exchanges must be notified first by emailing hello@arakikoman.com. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. It is highly recommended to obtain a tracking number for all return packages as I am not responsible for any lost or undelivered returns, due to the nature of owning a very small business.

All sale and promotion orders are final.

I will not divulge your email, postal address or telephone number.
I may contact you either by post, email or telephone, primarily as customer service following up on any issues with an order or to answer any questions you may have. I will not pass on your e-mail address to any other company.
